Reaching a high level in sport wasn’t just about physical ability—it required a deep understanding of myself.
I had to learn how to work with my mind, not against it. That meant understanding what drives performance, managing pressure, reducing stress outside of sport, and constantly improving both mentally and personally.
Over 500 hours of in-depth mindset work shaped not only the player I became, but the person I am today. I can confidently say I wouldn’t have reached that level without it.

Who’s it for? Mindset coaching can be very valuable for anyone and everyone, whether you’re someone who struggles with nerves which is impacting your performance and happiness, or someone who just wants to be even better at your chosen discipline.
How long will it take to see results? As everything is individualised to you, there is no set standard for this, however most see the potential benefits that can be achieved with time and consistency within only a few weeks and start to see these materialise not long after.
